To enter the contest, you must agree to terms stated below. You may not submit an entry to the contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes, unless you agree to these stated terms below. By submitting a photo, parent or legal guardian grants Mummy & Me the right to publish/ use the entry materials, including, but not limited to, the right to copy, distribute, and display the entry materials on its websites, and in any and all media. All participants and winner waive any and all claims of liability against Mummy & Me for any personal injury or loss that may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize. All participants and winner waive any and all claims of liability against Mummy & Me for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule in the contest.
Contest Rules and Guidelines: Only one (1) entry per child is allowed Contest is open to all children from 0 to 7 years old in Singapore All participants must “like” Mummy & Me Facebook fan page to participate Entry photo must be taken in the last 6 months Entry photo without a smiling child or not clear will be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse any photograph which we deem unacceptable Entry photos are to be submitted in jpg format, not exceeding 2MB Emailed entry photo to us at mummyandme.com.sg@gmail.com, with the following subject title: [Facebook name/nick], [your name], [relationship to child], [child’s name], [child’s age], [optional caption if any] Entry photos will begin uploading on 15 June 2011 and we shall start counting the votes Closing date for photo submission ends on 10 July 2011, 8pm An email notification will be sent to you once your entry photo has been successful uploaded to our fan page Voting is open from 15 June 2011 to 15 July 2011. Comments permitted, but will not count towards number of votes To vote for a photo, you MUST be a fan of Mummy & Me fan page, click “like” on our fan page to join. The photo with the most “like” will be the winner and will be allowed to choose an item of his/her choice (except for giant wall decals and growth charts) from www.mummyandme.com.sg The winner will be announced on Mummy & Me fan page wall on 16 July 2011 Mummy & Me reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. In the event there is a tie, we will randomly select a winner from among the tied entries. Winner must choose and confirm the prize by 22 July 2011 with the mailing details otherwise the prize will be forfeited |
