All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars inclusive of free local normal postage, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend/update the Terms & Conditions herein at our sole discretion without notice to the customer. We will at all time use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate at any point of time. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice to the customer.
In the event that product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, due to typographical errors, errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall retain the right, to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether the payment has been made.
Most of our products are ready stock (unless stated otherwise). Orders will be processed and mailed out within 2-3 business days for ready stock.
Estimated waiting time for pre-order items is about 2 to 3 weeks after placing order with us (subject to shipment delay). For pre-order items, orders will be processed and mailed out within 2-3 business days upon receipt of shipment from our suppliers.
We have made every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and visual representations of our merchandises that appear on our website are as accurate as possible but we cannot accept responsibility for colour variations from the colours displayed on your monitor due to technical limitations. Further, due to the nature of some of our merchandises and the quality of raw materials used in production, we cannot accept responsibility for variation of the products delivered from our product descriptions. Such variations include, but are not limited to, differences in colours and/or texture.
Images are provided are meant for illustration purposes. While the merchandise may be similar with others, brand/colour/details may vary.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, although we do our best to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of the products on our website are correct at the time the information was entered.
The style, design and availability of our products and prices on our website may change at any time at our discretion without prior notice to you.
We do our best to keep the product information on our website updated. However, availability of goods are subjected to physical stock on hand. For pre-order items, we are unable to confirm the availability until our suppliers get back to us.
You will be offered an alternative or given a refund on the paid item, in the event that the ordered merchandise is unavailable after payment is made.
All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars through Paypal or bank transfer.
Paypal Payment - We accept online payments via Paypal payment system. Paypal is an acount-based system that lets you and anyone with an email address to securely send online payment using your credit card or bank account.
Bank Deposit - Payment by direct bank deposit and bank transfer into our bank account is also available. Please note that interbank funds transfer will only reach us about 2-3 working days later. Orders will only be sent out upon receipt of payment.
Once payment is made, do email your order to us and indicate clearly which of our bank account below you have used to transfer the funds, your bank name, your intial used (for internet transfer), transaction number, total amount transferred, date and time of the transfer.

Payments must be made within 24 hours upon confirmation or your order. Orders will be regarded as void if payment is not received within this time period.
Credit Card Payment - We do not directly receive payment by credit card, but you may create and register an account with Paypal with your credit card.
Ready Stock - For ready stocks items, we will process and mail out the orders within 2-3 business days once we have received your full payment.

Please note that your orders may take a longer time to reach you during peak festive or sale periods. An email will be sent to you once your order has been posted.
Free Normal Postage - We provide FREE local normal postage to any address within Singapore, unless otherwise stated. Big and Bulky items are not advisable to be posted and will be indicated accordingly. Do note that normal postages are non-insured and their status cannot be tracked. Customers will bear the risk of lost mails.
Registered Mails Postage - Customers are encouraged to opt for registered mail with an additional cost of SGD 2.25 as we will not be liable for any lost mails. Registered Article Number would be email to you once your order has been posted. You may track the delivery status of your order using Registered Article Number through SingPost website.
Registered mails will be delivered directly to your doorsteps. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, SingPost will leave a notification slip either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. Customer shall be bear fully responsible for collection or delivery coordination with SingPost.
Timely delivery of your order is critical; please provide us with correct name, mailing address, telephone number and all other necessary information required on the order format. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address, or postcode, your order will probably not be able to reach you. We will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or failed deliveries, due to absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, at the address provided.
All products will remain the property of Mummy & me until payment has been received in full.

We regret that cancellations of orders will not be allowed once an order has been paid and confirmed. However, if we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund which you originally paid for your order.
Refunds will only be made for out of stock merchandise.
All sales are final. No exchange or returns will be accepted.
If we ever do send you incorrect product, we will reimburse the postage cost of returning the package to us by registered mails.
Any interactions, correspondence, transactions, and other dealings that you have with any third parties found on or through the Website (including on or via Linked Websites or advertisements) are solely between you and the third party (example, but not limit to, issues related to the content of third party advertisements, payments, delivery of goods, product warranties, privacy and data security etc).
